I am on campus. I have my pen in my hand, writing my own story line by line. I will give courses soon. I will teach life against hate. 

I’m in the library. Buried in books, I am thinking of the future, that colorful, and loving future.

I’m in the laboratory. I will be a scientist against the binary  order. I will produce knowledge, not the norms. So that all people can live with their own colors.

I’m in the dorm room, where they don’t want to take me in. I will come out of this room like a butterfly coming out of the cocoon.

I’m in prison, counting down the days. I will meet the sky again.

I am home. I will find  life outside these walls. I am going to establish my own huge family of tens and hundreds of lubunyas.

I am red of blood, orange of fire, yellow of the sun, green of trees, blue of the sea, purple of violet.

I am the rainbow, I am here and I am not going anywhere.
